“Have been here a number of times now when visiting the New Forest. Has a fun outside area for the kids to play with a couple of swings and a new über-climbing frame! The staff are very friendly and there's a really good selection of drinks.
The first couple of times the food was excellent but the last 2 times it's not been as good. Still decent but disappointing compared to previous times. Hopefully it'll start heading back to how it was otherwise we might have to find somewhere else for lunch ??”

“Had a lovely time at the Empress, the big momma burger and pulled pork brioche was delicious. First time I tried a coffee stout and it was delicious too. The service was a little slow but the staff were very polite and helpful.”
