I ordered a meal with coffee and after ordering, they said no coffee was available, only fizzy drinks. Very disappointing ?

The zinger rice box was tasteless & the chips is never a large! Just a few sprinkled in the box!

Ordered on just eat. Left clear delivery instructions to help find my address. Driver rung me and said he was lost and that was the last I heard from him. KFC won’t answer the phone and now I’m struggling to get my money back. All round poor

Terrible, dirty, expensive. To get to the toilet you have to ask the staff to open the door. There was more ice in the glass than pepsi. Also, the food was cold and you have to wait in a long queue to get your order. No one will bring it. I would prefer McDonald's if you want to eat fast food.

KFC Eastleigh was practically empty, I ordered just 3 mini fillets and they were quite expensive compared to mcdonalds, two of them were completely fine but the last one was incredibly soggy on one side and i had to mutilate my fillet to the point where it wasn't worth eating anymore. Fries were fine as they usually are. Of course since it was empty it was very fast service but i've put that as a 3 as it was fast but because there were no customers. I recommend the mini fillets in other KFC's but you're risking it if you order them here. No hate to KFC as they are usually amazing and the (sometimes) long wait is definitely worth it.

This KFC was a big surprise. The food is consistently hot and of decent quality, the service is as you'd hope and the store is also consistently clean. Good job KFC Eastleigh.
