KFC Eastleigh was practically empty, I ordered just 3 mini fillets and they were quite expensive compared to mcdonalds, two of them were completely fine but the last one was incredibly soggy on one side and i had to mutilate my fillet to the point where it wasn't worth eating anymore. Fries were fine as they usually are. Of course since it was empty it was very fast service but i've put that as a 3 as it was fast but because there were no customers. The food came out fast but the bottle of drink was not put in the bag so I had to redo a 4 mile each way drive from the hotel to get the drink, no apology offered...When I got back the food was cold.

Chicken was dripping with oil so they rushed it and didn’t drain it off after frying, pretty disgusting, usually they are good don’t know what happened today I had to pat the oil off with kitchen towel
