I waited at the end of the counter where another member of staff Misha was making my drink. While I was waiting for my drink I was talking to there manager Maria and she has a good team working with her today.”

“The staff were lacklustre, polite but no drive. It just seemed they couldn't manage the demand and the time to get initially served and then to get the order was far too long. I guess they weren't helped with no medium cups for Frappe and no Jam, who knows what else. Just a bit of speed and urgency would have been appreciated.”

“Didn’t realise store was shut but was there to pick up a too good to go bag. The staff even though was shut still served us with the bag with a polite attitude. Ended up with lots of goodies”
