Atmosphere is tainted by people being forced to get a drink first before using the toilet. Who's bright idea was that, you rush people to buy something you don't get the add-ons like cakes etc.
The décor is tired, the staff pleasant but understaffed and pushed, the entrance door is dangerous with a faulty mechanism that doesn't work and looks about ready to fall off the door frame at any time now

Just wanted to say thank you. I should have taken the names of your staff but they were very helpful when we had an embarrassing moment in the shop, when our young son pushed over our table and spilt our drinks. Staff were straight over to clear the mess, even though we offered. They also made us new drinks and food to replace the ruined food. Thank you for your professionalism.
