Increasingly poor quality of food and service.Tonight no delivery available so user collection. 20 minutes later, the tracker said the pizza still hadn’t started to be cooked. So I called them. They said it was already cooked and waiting ??♂️ so by the time I collected it and got it home, it was cold. Even if it was still hot, just looked like ingredients had been thrown at it from a distance.Won’t be going back. Avoid

This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen, if you have a problem that just say there's nothing we can do!!If you ask to speak to a manager a 19 year old comes out who's just as useless as everyone else.Was a regular customer but not anymore.

Received a text code which wasn't accepted on the website. When I rang the store they refused to honour the code saying it hadn't started yet. Asked to speak to a manager who refused to come to the phone and then they just hung up on me. Ended up ordering elsewhere. Very poor experience and customer service.

Sorry we dont take cash since Covid! How can a company refuse cash? I didnt realise this as typically i'd order online. I will literally never use Dominos ever again. When did cash stop being a currency?

The pizzas are getting worse from there Iv had some bad pizzas from there lately but the one's we just got were a joke, looks lime its been cooked in the windscreen of a car on a warm day, all the topping were falling off it was absolute slop, and it looked lime the delivery driver delivered them on a washing machine, so annoyed. With the price of their pizzas at the moment you think they would cook them properly the place is a shambles ? i would of gave them 0 stars but had to put 1 to leave the review.

This is how my pizza arrived. I get your employees might be hungry but we’re not in Ethiopia so taking a slice of my overpriced grease fest of a pizza is definitely wrong. I want full compensation for this order and the employee fired. This is totally disgusting and unprofessional. Paying 50 pounds for a greasy pizza that looks like an unwashed face is already extortion but then not even getting a full pizza is completely unbelievable.
