Just ordered off the website and they got every single item wrong, and not for the first time. Tried to call to get it sorted and the answer machine told me they can't be reached and hung up. Totally bloody

Cold food over an hours wait. Ordered on KFC app, delivered by Uber. Do not recomend. Took over an hour, when said it would take 30 mins. The tracking said it was 5 mins away for over half an hour. Food late and cold... But when called the number on app apparently this is acceptable. Find another way to get your food. When using the app the prices were inflated, 2.99 added for delivery and a random 99p charge.

Avoid at all costs. Will never be using again. Got the order wrong, everything was soggy, chips were cold and gave me food poisoning. Will be reporting to the relevant authorities to demand it be shut down.

Kfc uk overholds chicken big time and oil management needs improving very poor food. Chicken was cold and black fries cold and black bites coated them. Franchised has really lowered the kfc yum brand
Ordered my food at 5pm it’s currently 10 pm and I’m still waiting for it. Number of phone calls to the restaurant but no answer and 30 quid down!

They now have McD type ordering and pay machines. Supposed to be efficient. Less staff reqd and longer to order? They also have gone over to larger. Unpeeled. Potato chips. Food however is no longer reasonably priced. Its a stop for a quick bite at the top of the high street.

We walked in at 9pm the place apparently closed at 10 or something so the guy behind the counter said, he asked us not to order anything they have to cook as they are cleaning up and want to get home early!! Literally he said this to us!! So we ordered, the food was so dry and had obviously been sat for a while after working a 15hr day and driving home I couldn't even be bothered to do anything about it. Me and my work colleagues definitely will not be going back! I would stay clear and use the one on Fareham road much much better!

If you want your food fast, don't go here. Nothing ever ready, service so slow, the seasons changed whilst I waited. I ordered in August, and when I got to the front of the queue, it was christmas. Diabolical service. I'm still queuing now.
