The rooms were comfortable and clean as were the public rooms. Staff were polite, helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good. A great central place to stay in Gosport close to all the amenities.
Great, happy staff. Lovely brekky - great value. Charleen was great, very helpful, pleasant and accommodating. Very pleasant environment - good choice of food and drink. Is there any chance where luggage can be left when arriving out with normal check in time.

I would just like to advise that I had nasty fall on the pavement outside this hotel. Not at all the hotel's fault but when it happened a member of staff saw what had happened and rushed over to assist my husband with the bleeding etc. What a great group of staff and Manager! If this is how they treat people that stay with them I would say a first class hotel and staff. Thank you so much!
