Oakhanger Rd, Oakhanger, BordonWe had a truly wonderful experience at The Hanger freehouse today during Sunday roast. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a family meal. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our daughter, who has autism and prefers her food separated. Not only did they respect our request, but they also created a delightful, tapas-style roast dinner just for her, which she absolutely loved. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail made our visit extra special. The service was impeccable, and everyone was so friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely be returning soon!

The portions were huge and it included a great selection of veg..and cauliflower cheese was included, it was all very tasty and the atmosphere was relaxed and the music was great. We all enjoyed it, and had a walk around the beautiful lake after!! When I’m up from London again will be going back

Country Market
Malthouse and Osborne Farms, BordonThe cafe next door to Country Market, The Good Taste Cafe, is tarnishing the Market's strong reputation. People on social media are leaving terrible reviews about this cafe. Some of them are under the impression that this disgusting, dreadful and unappealing place which serves food which is below subpar is affiliated with Country Market.
I do not blame people for incorrectly thinking that this awful place is part of your company because of its location. Their rightful negative reviews are having a damaging impact on Country Market. The bad and blatantly rude behaviour of some of the employees at The Good Taste Cafe is having an detrimental effect on your company name. People think that this wretched place is part of your company. From reading the reviews, some employees at The Good Taste Cafe need to learn how to treat their customers properly. It is as if they make a concerted effort to do a bad job and annoy people.
I enjoy purchasing most of my fruit and vegetables at Country Market. Some are usually very expensive and most of the time it is worth it. There is a wide variety of fresh foods which are available and this is one of the main reasons why I choose to do some of my shopping at Country Market.
Usually, the only time I interact with your members of staff is when I am at the till. They are consistently friendly and one man (I think that his name is Roy) has an excellent sense of humour. The people at the tills are exceptionally kind, welcoming and have good attitudes - the complete opposite to the staff at The Good Taste Cafe. I cannot think of anything that needs to be improved upon in relation to your members of staff.
If you read some of the reviews about The Good Taste Cafe, some of them are terrible. If you could actually buy the place (or if their lease is not renewed - I obviously do not know the company aspects) and then sell meals prepared with your own food (ie cheeses, salads, meat), this might resolve the matter. Your being in such close proximity to people who behave like that is worrying.
