Admittedly it was busy this evening but the staff on the counter were just terrible. They were bagging up food almost ten minutes before they were actually calling people so that by the time you got it everything was cold. The drinks had been made up ages in advance. I get trying to get ahead but not when they’re sitting there for 15-20 minutes at time. Why not get those people off the drinks counter and serving the food! The screen letting you know food was ready didn’t seem to be working properly. After waiting for 20 minutes for my number to come up, it finally did for it then to disappear completely from the screen before my order was called along with several others, causing confusion amongst lots of people waiting. It was chaos, the people on the counter didn’t seem to have a clue and were too busy flirting to actually try and clear the back log. After a 5 hour drive I just wanted a quick hot meal, should’ve gone to the Beefeater over the road. Hugely disappointed, won’t go back

Me and my partner went into eat in mcdonalds Petersfield and we already ordered and the order took ages for it to come to our table once it arrived it was cold and it was sent back to them as it was cold and we received the a cold one again we was not very happy with the food we got.

I don't know I you can tell by the photo, but cheese bites had been cooked to long so the cheese leek out , as when me the customer when to eat my meal, the cheese was not there. But you think they would of done something bout this. Awere hard earn money for this. Rubbish. A monkey wud do better. I'm a chef and normally don't review or rant or complain about must mistakes IV seen. But my cheese bites , which is impossible to mess up . Just so very disappointed that, they think this ok to service for awere hard earn money. On the bright side the other 4 burgers were normal delicious but still missing my cheese bites , (crys)

Whilst eating our lunch in the car park we saw three enormous rats in the shrubbery and brazenly sniffing around the bins. Totally grossed out and couldn't finish our meals. Really worried about disease now, I know you can get plague from them but can you get rabies from rats? Don't go to Petersfield McDonalds until they have the pest controllers in. Personally we won't ever go back, totally traumatised and disgusted.

I have stopped using the drive through as my last 3 orders have been wrong ...by that I don’t mean they gave me too little or too much ...just the simple sauce order chicken nuggets , fries ?,strips what ever it is the staff seem to be busy talking to each other ! I have complained ! Which was a complete and utter waste of time and this has spoiled many a meal which you any get to know they have forgotten the ketchup or bbq ? or sweet and sour when your half way done the road ! To cure this I decided to go an order inside ! I check the bag and the order what could go wrong! Jumped into my car only to find that the fries were cold ? the staff must have got the food first and then let it get cold While waiting in the queue to make coffee ! The sooner another burger chain has drive through in the U.K. the better ! This McDonalds is sloppy .

One of the better McDonalds! Just nipped in for tea and everything was hot and clean and even the large fries were large fries and not skimped on like a lot of the others! Staff were polite and kitchen staff looked busy but organised! I’d go back to this one ?

Called for a meal to eat in following a late train out of London. Chips and milk shake ok but the Big Mac should be re-named the “salad and sauce in a bread roll”! The two burgers were tiny and wafer thin. I am not sure if they were the wrong burgers that were destined for a smaller roll or if Brexit has done a job on the Big Mac portion control? Such a large, inviting image on the counter screen followed by a massive disappointment. I am mad with myself for not sending it back but too late now.
