Food was good very quiet restaurant staff were lovely, toilets were clean and the experience in general was calming and pleasant. Reminder you have to bring your own alcohol (if you drink it) because they don’t sell it

I'd just like to make a complaint about my delivery in Saturday.I ordered via the website and it said the food would arrive by 19.04.At 19.19, I rang and was told that the food was with the delivery driver and it would be there soon.It arrived at 19.50 and had to be microwaved because some parts were cold.I'm type one diabetic and had to eat some toast at 19.30 to keep me going because food had not arrived.
