Blows my mind seeing how many bad reviews there are here because the delivery I just had from these guys was absolutely fuppin mint. Ordered through Uber so was spennier than usual but not the restaurants fault. I had a meal deal chicken piri rice pot, chips n a can. I added a half price cob for good measure and extra sauces, because always extra sauces. Every single item, even down to the bbq sachets (I hate sachets) were tasty A.F. Arrived hot. I LOVE pepes but this branch is a complete shambles, visited here on multiple occasions and standards are really low. Would rather drive to the branch in Southampton then eat at this branch. Had to clean my own table and was shouted at for trying to order a drink lol. Always dirty never seen it clean I adore pepes so that’s my only reason for returning to this branch but after last nights visit I will be avoiding this one and commuting to Southampton or waiting to go home to...read full review

The food is good.The restaurant is clean most of the time.The toilets are not maintained.The customer service there is not very helpful. Had been to the store a couple of times because the food was good but the girl in the counter is very rude and unhelpful.They need to make a lot of improvements in this regards.
