Ordered food from here, and when they "Delivered" they gave the food to someone who wasn't me, so now I am out of my money and with no food, and when I called the person who picked up the phone, was not very helpful saying "to deal with it myself " and that it is "my issue"
Ordered 3 burgers specifically as we wanted mushrooms and bacon, called to be told it’s not there problem they don’t sale mushrooms and told deliveroo so hard luck.Said to the guy, you put the menus together not deliveroo and it states mushrooms on your actual website and you offer them in pizzas so clearly you do sale them. Man got very rude and hung up. Never again!
