The service is always good by the team. However, if your looking for a quiet coffee and to do some work ... This isn't the place as the staff are constantly shouting out orders which are ready for collection. It's not a great atmosphere. Furthermore, the condition of the sofa benches are in serious need for repair, it's a pity that the management have not sorted this as these marks seem to have been here for a long time. I have read a few reviews and do not agree with some. We visited Portsmouth last Thursday, 5th July, on a day out, and 1st stop was to get a drink and a bite to eat. The staff were friendly and helpful. Coffee was excellent, as was the sandwich - thanks
