Rather disappointing, no cutlery or napkins with order and no drink as requested. We phoned up and the lady said nothing could be done. Their food is above average in taste, but small burgers and very small chicken wings. Will likely order elsewhere from now on.
I have been to Sam's Portsmouth plenty of times. Food is usually OK but the customer service is poor. Ordered a family value meal with wings and waited over 40 minutes. This is not fast food and they ruined the experience. Sort it out, as its definately not worth the wait.

Reason i didn't give 5 star is anytime I order the peri peri fries. The peri peri gets sprinkle too much on the fries. Can you reduce the level of the sprinkling of peri peri on the fries.
