Before visiting, I was warned by someone who'd been a year before that the food was OK, but the service was slow. Optimistically, I thought the service may have improved. Unfortunately, it hadn't. The food was OK but did not compensate for the comically, slow, and inaccurate service. Curry is always great but ordered at 17.45 as hungry and it said 30 mins so expected around 18.15 +/-. 19.00 and still no sign!!! We used to use another curry house but although quality better timing/service is horrendous. This is not the first time. Hubby said they don't appear to start cooking until you arrive. Let us pay online and sort the timing out!!!

Another lovely meal here again this evening, by far the best Indian around, but its just soooo slow- over an hour and a half for food to arrive and several times we ordered drinks they didn't turn up! We've lived in Drayton for 6 years and it's always been like this, whether you eat in or take away. Almost seems like they could do with a separate takeaway shop to focus on the restaurant service.
