I ordered a birthday cake for my little one and what I got was something completely differentIt was full of jam and had a bad taste, I don't know how long it had been in the fridgeI paid £60 for a cake which I threw away The lady who made the cake wanted to lie to me saying she couldn't remember how you liked the cakeDisgusting ???

Having read the glowing reviews I went with high expectations but came away deflated and disappointed. Rather than finding an array of different quality breads for sale I found 1 type of loaf for sale with the choice of ‘take it or leave it’. I asked if sourdough bread was available and was told by the unapologetic and matter-of-fact ‘assistant’ that there wasn’t. Did they have any croissants? Yes, on Fridays! Finally, by way of explanation: ‘the baker is on holiday’! You couldn’t make it up.
