Visitied 9th June 2023. Shaz on the door was very welcoming upon entry. Felix and Courtney behind the bar provided awesome tunes, quick and friendly service and both were extremely polite. Heartbreakers has been a favourite regular of mine for a while, so honourable mentions to Jack for his hilarious dance moves, Nadia for the amazing service with a smile, Paul the manager and Marek (on the door) for the safe environment, something I deem super important. Legend of a venue. Downstairs pub has a great atmosphere , great bar , and friendly professional staff . Then upstairs to the venue . This place doesn't disappoint in any way . Southampton is very lucky to have many great venues and this one is probably the best of the lot . Always a great night .

Great hospitality bar (10% discount for those working in the industry and open late!). Toilets not the cleanest but really good music, quite ‘indie’. Lovely atmosphere. Amazing cocktail list and fab staff! Highly recommend!
