“I had such a fantastic experience at Tortilla Southampton and wanted to leave a review because the service genuinely stood out.
The girl named Natnicha who served me was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly, welcoming, and patient while taking my order, and she made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. My order was perfect, and you could tell she really cared about giving great customer service.
It’s not often that someone’s attitude makes such a difference, but she was so positive and helpful that it completely made my day. She’s a huge credit to the Southampton Tortilla team, and I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you for such an excellent experience—I’ll definitely be back!”

“Myself and my partner booked out the back area of the pub in July for our wedding breakfast, Jo and team where amazing and nothing was too much for them. They did an amazing job with the decorations, the food was well portioned, hot, fresh and delicious. Not a single complaint out of the 36 people we fed.

“My wife and I had a lovely time at this restaurant. The food was very good and the service we received from the kind lady with the bandana (sorry we didn’t catch her name!) was excellent - she made us feel most welcome and looked after.
We went on a Friday night when the restaurant was very busy. There were no long waiting times for food - the lady who was either a supervisor or manager ensured her staff kept everything running like clockwork and always with a smile.
The atmosphere was also pleasant - a nice change to some of the nearby restaurants blasting loud music over their speakers.
