Ate here for a night out with work friends. Food was average value for money. Had a calzone for a main and raspberry cheesecake for dessert. The flavours of both were OK but nothing special. The cheesecake lacked a depth and the calzone flavours were a little bland.Service was poor; they got multiple items wrong. Pre-booked to celebrate a birthday including giving menu choices. The table wasn't ready when we arrived.The food came out very late. Some of the food was cold. Ordering drinks was painful.

I visit Zizzi for my birthday with my family and we all loved the food! We had an amazing service, Jordan was extremely cheerful, helpful and welcoming! He definitely made my visit so lovely and even wished me “Feliz cumpleaños” as I speak spanish. I’ll be coming back and I’m so happy with the service Jordan gave us :) 5 stars for him! Thank you
