Food that was ordered.... Chicken chow mien, Dry spare ribs, Prawn chow mien, Sweet and Sour Prawn balls and chips.Overall, the taste wasn't too bad, but the consistency of the chow mien noodles was very slimmy and pappy.The dry spare ribs had the appearance that they had iodine sprayed on them.As for the other dishes, they seemed OK but I have had better without doubt.

We often eat Chinese food in London & Manchester, especially South Manchester, but although we’ve never written a review before, we have to go on record as saying that THIS WAS THE BEST CHINESE TAKEAWAY WE’VE EVER HAD.The chicken sweetcorn soup was superb. Not some reheated mush. 10 out of ten. Then the BBQ ribs. To die for! Each dish had its own unique taste.The only disappointment was the realisation that this food was miles away from home in a sleepy village.Brilliant. Just brilliant.
