Good coffee but prices have hit the roof in the UK.

Went to get coffee in the morning. The lady on the till very rude, really bad listening no point she gave any attention to what I was trying to say. Kept rushing around for no reason when there was no customers at all in the whole coffee shop and 3 people working behind the bar. Did not listen, rude response, no eye contact bad customer service. Please provide with contact number or email to share more details. Literally walked out from the coffee shop without getting coffee in the morning. Just not what you need in the morning to start your day.

We stopped for a coffee, it has the usual coffee shop wares.Plenty of seating, the service could be better when waiting for your order & them calling it out.

I work near here and unfortunately this is my nearest Starbucks but I'm done with here due to the consistently rude and incompetent/disinterested staff, especially the Eastern European lady . I would say on average they get my drink wrong 50% of the time. My advice; if you really want Starbucks, go the one on Above Bar, so much better than this dross.

Awful staff, we ordered matcha frappuccino with half cream base the staff who took the order was fine the the lady who’s making our order was making fun of our order with the staff at the till. When we asked for the cup sleeves the same staff again said “no take the napkins this is for hot drink” but she said it in a very bad attitude. To be fair, we were’t fussy with our order at all and politely ask for the sleeves.This is the worst Starbucks experience ever

Despite spending over £30 on lunch and coffee we were denied hot water for a baby's bottle unless we bought a cup of tea !!!Shame on you London Road Starbucks ?

I’d spent the night in Southampton with my partner his sister and her family before going on a cruise. After checking out our hotel we popped out for a cuppa and a bit of brekkie and stopped off. It was really quiet although it seems busy with outside orders being picked up. Place was clean and staff friendly.
Just tried the new mango dragonfruit refresher..it definitely was refreshing but I felt the flavour was very subtle as it was mostly loaded with ice and most of the dragonfruit toppings just got mixed with the ice and wouldn't come out through the hole in the lid. However, I felt the ambience and customer service to be pretty good.

Amazing staff. Went in for some milk for my baby and they gave it on the house. Staff were super friendly and eager to help. Clean and organised cafe. Thanks!

Better than some Starbucks good friendly service no waiting. Though not busy maybe different if busy. Inside and outside seating. pay parking close by.
