Steakhouses in Southampton

“Visited the Southampton location on the 22/3 as a family occasion.
Booking process is smooth, reminder text messages are appreciated.
On arrival swiftly moved to the bar area for pre-dinner drinks which were kindly delivered to the table rather than waiting.
Our restaurant reservation came available and we were escorted through by our server Laura.
Laura was extremely attentive. One of our party has shellfish allergies and she took extra time to ensure that was catered for.
Service was swift and accurate. Servers repeatedly checked if all was well and if we needed more drinks or water. The food is as expected - very good, cooked as requested and well presented.
Unfortunately a more elderly member of our party became a little unwell and we had to leave quite quickly after eating. Laura really helped by getting the bill arranged immediately and even getting some “doggy bags” for some left over fries!
I would be grateful if this feedback, and particularly recognition of just how brilliant Laura is, could be passed back to the team. A quality job all round.”

“Firstly the food was absolutely amazing.
Second the staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive. I’m a bit of a skinny guy so looking at me you wouldn’t think I eat much. I was fully aware I ordered a dish that was intended for a minimum of two but the staff were great in checking with me if that was the correct dish instead of just sending it out. They was also nice enough to move me and my partner to a larger table due to how many dishes we ordered.”

“The very best steak in Southampton. The atmosphere & ambience is hushed making the restaurant almost like a cathedral to steak. Staff are extremely attentive & knowledgeable about the food. Waiting times for food are very short & all food is cooked to order. I have taken my wife here for special meals on a number of occasions.”
