The driver arrived at my NHS workplace and called me. I missed the call but called straight back within 5 seconds. I was told the driver was gone to his next order and he would be back with me within 10 minutes. After 40 minutes, I called again. The owner told me the traffic was too bad to send the driver back and stated the driver wouldn't make it. I asked if he was cancelling the order and he said ''only if you say so''. I attempted to explain that it would take me much longer now to order again and I had to complete the rest of my shift without food and why he had advised 10 minutes when he knew this wouldn't be the case? He became aggressive and started shouting down the phone. He said he never delivers to NHS staff and premises as it is too much hassle. That's his prerogative but why take my order in the first place and deliver previous orders if it was too much hassle?I then asked him how I would get my refund and he slammed the phone down. When I advised I would leave a bad review for this experience, he said he would get it removed no matter what forum it was on.Seriously? I wouldn't bother. Their attitude and aggression is completely unnecessary.

Tried to order through Uber Eats they changed the delivery to the next day then rang on a number from somewhere random not the one on their website and then asked me if i wanted to cancel it after they wouldn't deliver that evening. Which didn't make sense until Uber wouldn't give me a refund for because the merchant didn't technically cancel it because i agreed to it ...... rightttt. Definitely Uber Eats fault as well but kinda sucks to be charged for nothing. I'm sure the food is good if you manage to get it.

Just had the best Chinese meal I have ever eaten from these guys tonight.Salt & Pepper Squid.Excellent meal with the correct spices and onions.The rest of our tea was also really good.They deserve to be popular with quality food like we have eaten tonight.Wish my local in Coventry was half as good.Martin

After waiting for 2 hours, I contacted the restaurant to inquire where our order was, and after hearing a bunch of nonsense and blame by the restaurant for their not delivering our food, I cancelled my order.The person on the phone was rude and disrespectful on top of offering no solutions.It was a waste of my time to attempt to patronize this restaurant and recommend that NO one gives their money to this place.

Food from here has always been delicious. Im veey partial to pancake/spring rolls but so many places buy them in frozen. This place still handmake their large ones. Just a shame I cant do cash on delivery. I cant seem to giveaway cash lately. I miss being able to pay the driver in cash.

Been ordering from teast of China for years wont go anywhere ele best food always gets the food right lovely guy who takes order (Kun) food always hot.Vegetarian options: Got a lot of veg options

Food always comes hot, some dishes I order more than others and some days specific dishes will be better than on other days but I think that’s to be expected. Overall always found it really tasty and one of my favourites in southampton
