I would normally not post a review, but the food was extremely bad. I got the meat lovers feast Pizza and Spaghetti carbonara.The pizza is same size as a small Papa Johns or Domino's, with extremely thin crust which was burnt around the edges. You can literally count the meat on the "feast".The Carbonara? Basically dry oily spaghetti with chorizo and some bacon for effect. As tasteless as it looked.Best part of the meal was the number of branded paper towels packed in it.Utter waste of money. I would ask for a double refund if I could. First for wasting my time and another for wasting my money.

Wait staff didn’t know answers to basic questions about food. Pasta had the texture of an over cooked ready meal that had been left out to go cold, not even warm. Friends lasagne was dried out and burnt.

Friendly service, good food. Don't come here if you want a cheap meal, as the menu is fairly expensive. But you get what you pay for with the food and atmosphere. Would recommend!

My friend ate here for the first time. She had the Calamari and Arancini. I had Pollo Fritti and the meatballs. Service was good but the food wasn't. The Calamari was all batter. The Arancini was ok. Pollo Fritti was slightly over cooked so the chicken was dry. The meatballs main meal was just bad. Soft, mushy, overcooked pasta. Dry meatballs. Hardly any sauce. Bella Italia serves better pasta.

Came on a work outing. Party of 11, felt comfortable in our seating. Food quality was amazing and such good value for money. Service was excellent and the lovely Lettie made us all feel welcome. Ambience of the restaurant was relaxing and we would certainly recommend.
Had a late lunch here today, the meal was good, the service (Letti) was great, friendly, attentive and helpful. We will deffinately be returning ?

We booked group of13 people for dinner at Zizi's Southampton. The staff were excellent and we had a really great time. All of our food came out at the same time and the attention to detail was superb. The food was great with a very varied and interesting menu. The staff were very attentive and worked well as a team. I would recommend this venue if you are considering a larger group for a meal together.

Out for a impromptu stop out for dinner, luckily despite being busy they had room for us. We were sested quickly and our waitress katie was a real highlight of the dining experience! The food came out quickly and was of good quality.
