Took about one hour to get the burger (and it was cold) the fish and chips!

Got our food before our drinks despite how quiet it was in the restaurant. Unbelievably slow service and cold, bland food. Waited 25 minutes to get food and further 10 minutes to get drinks.

I have been here several times over the years. I promote them to my Southsea caravans guests as is probably the nearest sit down licenced chippy, child friendly also in the summer months their outside seating might allow your dog (ask them).Always good portions, friendly staff, good service whenever I have been.

Nice place awesome view, chips was hard and old fish was good, good

pure shocking, charge you for a tiny bit of ketchup and have the audacity to moan if you get more. Absolute jobsworth mate, you work in a chip shop, not a michelin star.

Yummy fish and chips and onion rings were amazing, it was pretty busy and they seemed short staffed, but still made us feel welcome. A bit of a wait for service and food but was informed there would be a 20 min wait for food. Would definitely come again.Kid-friendliness: There were plenty of kids in the restaurant on our visit. The restaurant provided high chairs and activity sheets. This is the view from a myself who does not have children, so I'm only going off what I could see.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs access was pretty good the tables were spaced appropriately and there was a disabled toilet. Surfaces were flat and accessible from the pier. This is the view from a non-wheelchair user so I'm only going off what I could see.

A very good greeting and great waiter but over an hour and ten minutes for a meal we were unimpressed. This coupled with a drunken man served more alcohol at the bar harassing the diners on Mothers Day was rather too much. It was altogether a very unhappy occasion with an under staffed restaurant with an inept manager. Sadly not a visit we will ever repeat. Thankyou for ruining Mothers Day !!

This used to be very good but has taken a turn for the worse. Just eaten there with my family for lunch (Mother's Day). The managers were rude to a number of people. The cod is very dry, the mussels are frozen (not fresh). The toilet door in the gents is falling off and the locks don't work in the ladies or the gents. Waited ages for our meal to turn up, when it did it was cold and the chips were stale. They no longer can offer grilled fish or an alternative to chips either. ried to talk to people to get our issues resolved but they were not interested at the time. There are much better places to go in Southsea and Portsmouth don't waste your money here.

Really good fish and chips. Got the Manager's Special and it was made in front of us. Tasted really good. Even though it is sort of pricey for fish and chips, it's a massive portion and it's good value, as you get a drink and side.

I have not visited but will not because they do not show a menu. I was looking for great fish and chip shops for my visit to the UK but this one fails because I cannot look at their menu. Very poor marketing.
