Recently booked a Christmas Eve brunch to catch up with an old friend, fully aware of the expected hustle and bustle. To my delight, the food and drink were top-notch, and the staff ensured we felt pampered from the moment we sat down until we bid farewell. 21 of our friends descended on The Briny on Saturday 16th December. The restaurant was bustling but staff were unphased, professional and did a sterling job with a smile. Food was fantastic! Delivered in a fine dining fashion and all 21 of us had an excellent 2/3 course meal. Special thanks to Eve, our waitress, who was exceptional!
