First time visit in terrible weather. Was greeted straight away and made to feel welcome. Only had a coffee which came with a complimentary biscuit.but will be back for something to eat in the future as parking is free and adjacent. In better weather the views will be great.Parking: 2 hours free

Surprisingly pleasant every time. Nice to see boats and in the distance the South Downs but with reasonable quiet. Food is good quality and very decently priced. Staff always friendly. We like coming for casual lunches and always get a table.

What an excellent place for breakfast. They also serve meals up to 8.00 pm , which look good value for money. Friendly staff and efficient service. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Unfriendly. It seems to be a place for regulars. No acknowledgement from staff on arrival nor when leaving, even though staff were just standing around.
Parking: Limited number of parking spaces but free if you are dining in.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramps at entrance & exit , restaurant on ground level.

A very nice local bar that offers hot and cold food. Specials board or daily menu. Nice simple freshly cooked food. Very competitive staff,always given a warm friendly welcome. Breakfast is great value. Each visit is always clean and warm, and amazing place to relax in the summer.
