Myself and my wife went for a drive to southsea and looked up chip shops and this one came up as a 4.5 rating we sat in our car by the sea front and we must say the chips were delicious. Recommended.
We always enjoy eating from this place when we visit Portsmouth. Freshly cooked, service with a smile and but 5 minutes walk to eat your tasty, hot food by the seaside. What's not to like! While the food is cooked, you can explore a 2008 Portsmouth FA cup poster and view the premier league tube map, which makes for interesting reading. We had 2 large fish and chips, scampi and normal fish, with sauces for £28.80.

We arrived in Portsmouth early for the ferry and hungry after our journey so we headed to the seafront area. We found the dish bar as it was about to close so the choice was limited. Food was hot, good and reasonably priced.
