Sooooo slow: nothing but hot drinks on the touch screen ordering. Burgers just sat in the warmer and no one served. They just chatted. Fast food? Not. Food was cold. £6.99 for a burger…

I ordered a meal for myself and my boyfriend- I ordered a large coke and they gave me a Diet Coke I politely went up to one of the workers with curly brown hair and glasses and mentioned the mistake and asked for a different one and he grabbed it and laughed with his friend another worker with blonde longish hair. He proceeded to give me another Diet Coke and I said oh I wanted normal coke which he replied with ‘for god sake it tastes the exact same’ there was no apology or anything he just did it again and threw the coke at me. The food was awful onion rings were burnt burger was cold the drink was flat. Very bad service.

The service was atrocious. The staff largely unhelpful and unsympathetic. I ordered a couple of meals and Dan and Olga took the order, charged me then ignored me for 15mins. Meanwhile serving everyone else that came through. When I asked where our food was Olga asked what I had ordered, claiming everything was being done in order. It was not. They were not apologetic. And rude, while using polite words. Unbelievable!

Afternoon,I am writing to you on behalf of my mother following up a incident that happened yesterday in your store - Winchester, Hampshire service station.My mum and sister visited the the service station and ordered some food, after waiting 40 minutes and still no food they complained to the staff who were smirking and was laughing at the fact that they was frustrated that they had waited all this time and their food order wasn’t even showing on the screen, the staff were disgusting rude and unhelpful! After being laughed and smirked at with no help or food after waiting all this time my sister demanded a refund as she no longer wanted the food as she was disgusted at how she was being treated! She handled the man working behind the desk her receipt and he slapped her hand!!! I cannot believe that you have such people representing your brand!!! After he done this my mum saw the incident and went over to the counter and shouted at the man for slapping my sister! It gets worse! The same man jumped over the counter and went to attack my mum!!! Other customers had to get involved to stop this from happening!! They have completed a form on site as advised but I want to make sure this is taken seriously and as high as it can go! My sister and mum had my small niece and nephew with them who are now traumatised as are my mum and sister! This behaviour is disgusting and UNACCEPTABLE!! I want someone in the Burger King team to contact me ASAP as I want the CCTV as we will be taking this to the police! I also want to make sure this document completed has been documented!!
