i didn’t get my marshmallows i payed for ? and my guyliams were out of date by at least three years. i asked for a regular and i think i payed for an XL. the sourness stayed with me and i had to get a cookie - great for the diet! won’t be returning ?? she told me extra brownie payed for it and then she said they were out, oh well at least she was nice ?

I came over on the 28th November wanting one of the very nice warm festive shakes and a hot chocolate, whilst waiting and deciding what I was going to have I told the only person working there and told me that they were not trained to do any hot drinks so unable to do soWas disappointed especially on a cold day

Had many shakes here and normally really nice. Had a strawberry today and didn’t have any taste to it. When went to till, was told it was how it normally is and then girl turned her back on me and went off to do something else. The girl on the till then sneered at me that she was taking orders and basically told to go away. Great shame as usually great here.Another member of staff did come over after a few minutes and apologise and said that they were made different and maybe there wasn’t enough syrup in it?30th April 2023, time 15.57

Have been waiting at the counter to be served for a while. Two people working at the kiosk and no one bothered to speak to us or acknowledge our presence. Walked away in the end.
Nice smoothies and yoghurts but they never have any! 3 different occasions weeks apart and they didn't have frozen yoghurt and when getting a smoothie they never seem to have the ingredients you want. (Yet somehow smoothies contain yoghurt)

Absolutely rubbish !!! I ordered a bounty milkshake, it didn’t taste of much, the reason being I had 3 mini bounties at the bottom of the shake !!! not even cut up just whole !!!
