Poor service overall; didn’t include the ‘zillionaire’ voucher in the bill despite clear communication regarding such. Long wait time for two mains. No extra cutlery for the main, and there was obvious priority for the large party that was seated next to even though we arrived 20 mins prior.

I tried different Zizzi in different cities and Winchester had the lowest quality. Beautiful place with great atmosphere but service was very slow. We waited 10 minutes to someone served us and it was not busy. Food quality was low compared to other branches.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very informative and happy to promote the zillionaire club. Very nice experience. Thank you

Absolutely loved coming into zizzi today, the atmosphere was so good and I felt so comfortable. The server I had was so happy and bubble and made my whole experience so much better. I believe her name was Tia, she made my whole experience so pleasant. I was unsure what to get and she help me decide, definitely will be going again
