Was intrigued by the concept of Proudfoot & Co. with foraged ingredients being the staple for their drinks. What is a good concept is executed perfectly by the passionate faces behind the shop and uniquely delicious drinks. I’ll be recommending to anyone visiting Winchester!
If i could give it a higher rating i would. So I'll start of and say that yes, this place is expensive, but you 100% get what you pay for. The owner(s?) are so sweet and came out to talk to us about all the different drinks, how he forages for the things himself and even let us try some of the syrups and things that go into the drinks. Came here for pre-dinner cocktails and it was exceptional. The service amongst the best I’ve ever received - considerate, informative and attentive.Time was taken to explain the concept and ensure we made informed choices about the drinks and biscuits which were themselves delicious.The venue itself is beautifully decorated and adds to the overall experience wonderfully.How refreshing to go somewhere doing something entirely new exquisitely.
