Bar • “Fantastic unique pub in superb village surroundings, with super friendly staff that welcomed us like family. We didn't book, but were squeezed in the dog friendly section with our two dogs and it sure was dog friendly with water and treats supplied. Atmosphere and decor was excellent along with a quality drinks menu. Food was excellent, I had the pie and was pleased with taste and amount and my partner had the most perfectly cooked steak. Excellent.”

Bar • “We were a group of 20 cyclists who came in for a ploughman's lunch, which we had booked in advance, the food was excellent, and plenty of it, and good value for money. The Landlord and Landlady were most welcoming and really made us feel at home and we cannot recommend it highly enough, and would certainly visit again if we are ever in the area.”

Bar • “The Shack is the most incredible venue. We fell in love with it when we first went to the open day and knew it would be perfect for our wedding day. On the run up to the wedding both Emily and Jacob were fab. Nothing was too much trouble and no question was a stupid one. They were so helpful. On the day, Jacob and the team were amazing. The day ran so smoothly but the team were so chilled and made us feel the same. We cannot thank The Shack enough for all they did for us. We wholeheartedly recommend them. We’ll miss the venue to be honest but will definitely make the effort to go and visit Hereford again and go to events at The Shack whenever we can. Thanks so much!”

Bar • “Fell in love with this place as soon as I entered. Best cheese burger and chips iv ever had. A treasure trove of books. Lovely atmosphere, and Im so glad I popped in. If I'm ever in this area, I'll definitely be popping in again. They have a little something special going on here.Parking: They have their own parking, plus plenty more across the road.”

“The restaurant is easy to find, the place itself is cozy, not so big but nice and therefore the staff is super friendly and customer focused.We enjoyed the evening with great food prepared right aways after ordering, the quality of the food was great and the pairing wines too.All in all was great evening thanks to the staff and great food we had at Ponte Vecchio.”
