1st time using this fish & chip shop. Came up for 5 days to visit family nearby in whitecross, and so wanted fish & chips for ages. So my brother reccomended this place. The young girl behind counter very lively & energetic which is good as sets tone for a happy atmosphere in the shop.Fish was great & freshly cooked. My only concern is that credit cards are not taken, where it is the norm these days to take credit cards or cash. As I wanted to pay for dinner for my brother & his family a little treat from me, having no cash point close by other thsn the Sainsbury's he paid a bit embarrassing though, but next day paid him back.Overall service good food fresh and will visit again soon when I come up from London with my family next. ? Thankyou though ?

Honestly the best Fish and Chips in Hereford. When you order Cod you get actual Cod rather than pollok. Nothing is too greasy. They even put fish on the warmer sideways so that it doesn't go soggy while the rest of the order cooks.Just make sure you take cash, as it's cash only at time of writing.

Lovely fish,cooked to order! Cheapest fish in Hereford. Always good service! You may have to wait a bit as gets busy! Well worth the wait brilliant food!

Lovely pie and chips. Large portions freshly made to order. Great service would recommend to anyone passing. If I was to say anything I would say the chips were too much!! A huge portion which I was unable to finish. A suggestion to them is to give a bit less which would undoubtedly help them with their profit margin..
