Some of the problems aren't directly the stores fault as some of it is the hordes of awful youths there, that make the place very uncomfortable and antisocial. I don't know if they can do more to stop these kids hanging around outside the front in large groups and coming inside being loud and disruptive. But as well as that, when ever I order food from here it is always missing something. Dips or drinks or sometimes even whole burgers just missing, as well as cold food or squashed food. The place is just too damn stressful to go in there to change because of all the rowdy kids. I used to go to this place as a kid when there was a soft play area and you could have kids parties there with cake and balloons. Now the place is corporate and depressing with the dung coloured green on the outside and stale boring uninspired walls on the inside and with hard uncomfortable seats. I'm just going to stop going here. I hope other people do too. So it can close down and become something else. Time for this awful place to die and be renewed as almost anything else.

awful,services. the afro Carribbean guy he's more attentive, and serving , he's intuitive, tries his best..the same cannot be said about the rest of the staff, .slow service no. diligence,lacking the pace,for a well known fast food food outlet! what a waste of money! , your paying for incompetence not a meal., theres no diligence.?? its not fast paced, quite the opposite,a polar opposite., awfully situated also its on a back burner. ghosted,! and off the main township!, a staff member the manager) often eye balling customers wearing dark, and in heavy eye make up perhaps not very professional look esp for work..,?! as we'a few other customers, complained, about the dilligance..no apologies were made by the management, for any reassurance! asin customer satisfaction.instead we were rudely eyeballed. us'the customers, and often we are treated badly in this branch. ., no etiquettes, staff are lacking empathy.no customer service in this store, 95% of..poor working ethics.and for a manager, to not make customers feel free, in having opinions, in relation to how poor the service is this branch. in actual fact, it could be deemed a major breach, in trading standards.. customer service is a pivotal role.a McDonald's (drive thru) wud be better , perhaps.and in future.

Kept me waiting 25 minutes for this. Microwaved to death. Ironically the coffee barely warm. The lady cleaning seemed quite dilligent.
They clearly had issues as it took 20 minutes for a poorly put together bigmac to arrive.
