It was 8 pm on New years Eve and we had just been let down by the restaurant we had originally booked. I rang Razbari in the hope they could squeeze us in at the last minute and they were very obliging. We were given a lovely table and the service was excellent. All the food was very fresh and delicious and presented well. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. A delicious meal at a reasonable price . What had started as a bad evening was saved by Razbari. Thank you.

Prawn starter was bland and chewy. Lamb madras tasted of vinegar and lamb was very tough. Specific rice was ok. I have eaten here twice now and both times the food has been poor

I have ordered before for home delivery, many times. This time 3/1/24 I ordered, food was cold, food came earlier than expected, chicken was like rubber, rice was soggy, order was £24. So disappointed in this, that I will not be ordering again. It's actually a shame, because a few months back they were very good, now not so much. My opinion only of course, but a remarkable difference in what they used to serve out.

Appalling food....disgusting and disgraceful customer service from the manager!used several times by myself only this time I ordered a takeaway and this is what was delivered....see attached photos and video!to then call them up to complain to have the manager lie as I asked to speak to the owner and he apparently arranged for me to go in the day after to see the owner.i then contacted the restraunt again to allow them to put wrongs right to have the manager again lie through his back teeth and make out I had sabotaged the food!the food isn't fresh!it's.frozen and reheated to order as you can see from the amount of water that was retained in my curry!do NOT use them!If you want a recommendation..mowchak are amazing!
This restaurant gets the prize for the poorest service. Waiters too busy chatting to others who come and go from the restaurant who are not dining. No attempt to call by to see if you need another drink or check the food is ok. Tandoori Mixed Grill looked like it had been ordered from a takeaway in Leominster and delivers to the plate from an upturned foil carton with no attempt to disguise the fact it had been cooked hours earlier. The king prawn in the dish had the texture of chicken because it had been over cooked to within an inch of its life. Service was really slow. It took about an hour for any food other than the popadoms to arrive, and they did not taste like they had been recently made.

My family ordered a takeaway two nights ago!usually I personally go to mowchak but I didn't order this time!everyone else's curry was OK bar mine...to which you will see from attached photos mine was full of water that had black particles in it...clearly had been frozen and reheated!rang the restaurant to which I was appalled by the managers attitude telling me if I didn't like it then go elsewhere!I sent him photos of what had been delivered to which he then agreed was wrong and would have a word with his chef!I asked.to speak to the owner as his manager needs replacing for sure!the manager then told me he had arranged for the owner to meet me at the restraunt the next day!Needless to say he lied and then had the audacity to get rather nasty because he had been caught out!he didn't contact the owner at all!all in all wouldn't recommend!and if any of you plan to book Christmas parties this year....I'd go elsewhere
