“We were the only people in the cafe at 3.40pm on a Friday and so can't comment on the atmosphere. Cake was delicious, service was good.”

“I'm giving 5 stars because at a point when I was low, they helped. I used to get boiling water for my Pot Noodle and early in the morning I'd get one of those Lemon Tarts from the day before. Always appreciated.

“Visit quite often on our way out somewhere. On the whole, no issues. But there have been a number of recurring instances where staff just can't be bothered for customers. Simple questions get mistaken for accusations or dismissed without thought or care. Also, there is a bit of a lack of urgency. When service picks up, the staff do not. It can often feel like they can't be bothered being there. Perhaps a motivational opportunity for management who, upon last visit, openly admitted not being present enough on site.Kid-friendliness: There are colouring opportunities for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: All level ground and wide doorways.”
