Visit quite often on our way out somewhere. On the whole, no issues. But there have been a number of recurring instances where staff just can't be bothered for customers. Simple questions get mistaken for accusations or dismissed without thought or care. Also, there is a bit of a lack of urgency. When service picks up, the staff do not. A huge thank you to Sean and the Starbucks team on Friday night 2/12. My husband and I. We were waiting for AA relay truck for the third leg of a long journey from Heathrow to take us back to Derbyshire (car had had catalytic converter stolen whilst we were on holiday). I think the milk was put in my tea before the water as even after dunking the tea bag for several minutes the tea was still very pale. Otherwise it was lovely sitting outside and the staff are very friendly.
