“The Chilli Lounge has gone through a few changes over the year. Starting off as an Italian, and then an Indian restaurant, with sometimes less than desirable meals, this is now serving the best Indian meals cooked by an award winning chef. We went back to basics and had a Chicken Bhuna rather than a ‘speciality’ dish as it’s nice to know how the basics are handled. All we can say that it was fabulous, and well worth the wait (there were a few large tables in at the time). Spices were just right. A good red wine to serve with the meal which cut through any spice or heat. The staff were really chatty and friendly. A good choice of restaurant in a town with at least four good Indians!”
