Went with a small group, we are planning a charity fundraising night here in the New Year. Charming staff, brilliant service, really delicious and well presented food and excellent value! I really enjoyed my shashlik chicken. No wonder they achieve accolades! Looking forward to going back ?
I was in the area and felt hungry so I decided to visit the Chilli Lounge. I walked in and there were no staff about. Eventually a waiter signalled to me that he would be with me. He escorted me to a table and said he would get me a menu. He was keen to try and get me a drink but I said I wanted to order some food. Shortly afterwards another waiter came over with an electronic tablet to take my order but he could not get it to work so he went and got a pad and a pen. Sometimes...read full review

Recommend by friends, service very slow but manager explained very short staffed.Food, starters and mains were very good, lager cold and bottle of wine chilled, staff pleasant, although under pressure.
