One of the best roasts I have ever had, moist pork meat and delicious gravy. My dad is vegan and we were very impressed by the faux beef roast. I just could not believe the size of the portions, it looked like a kids meal. I saw the staff on their break with much bigger portions and was jealous!!!Vegetarian options: Only vegan dessert was ice cream

We had a fabulous Sunday roast at The Bull in Berkhamsted today. Not only was the food excellent (awesome gravy!) but the service and all round atmosphere in the pub make it very relaxing and enjoyable place to be. We will definitely be back.

! I was in this place with my partner , the night was going well we were greeted by a barmaid called Jess. Upon first greeting she was very charming, she helped us with change to play on the arcade machines, they are very fun!The next time we went to the bar for a drink she was extremely rude to my partner she denied him another round of what we where drinking ( double g&t) without a reason, in her words “sit out a round”My partner displayed no ill behaviour and I can honestly say better than anyone he was in no way drunk. In my opinion it was extremely bad judgement and ultimately our time there was ruined from this member of staff.
Nice little pub good selections of drink. Only downfall is it very cold so could do with so heating on.
