After an initial huge disappointment of a failed delivery (“we rang you five times but did not ring the door bell”) we visited the branch to collect our meal. There was an instant offer to refund delivery and provide a free drink, and following a further discussion about customer service and values, Management was magnanimous and offered a substantial discount. We left feeling listened to. Many Thanks.
Very impressed with The manager Lee and his managerial and customer experience skills. Called up with a question/complaint and he was very helpful attentive and very quick to problem solve. It’s times like these that loyalty, repeat business and word of mouth is created. Well done and thank you so much for your help a few days ago x

Dominoes Pizza is one of the best and cheap pizza places. Found almost everywhere, its pizza is delicious, while almost always offering great deals on it's mobile app. However, waiting time is a bit long. I usually order takeaway, but I've seen the restaurant, and it does look quite good.
