Very happy to have a safe gluten free pizza! I had given up having gluten free pizzas when out as I always end up unwell due to cross contamination. However I was convinced to give Franco Manca a try. The manager was very reassuring and showed a great understanding of food allergies/ intolerances. The pizza was amazing, I agree it is the best gluten free base! But more importantly I have had no effects from cross contamination, due to that I would recommend for others also not...read full review

Fantastic new menu, just loved the pulled lamb with spicy black cabbage, so good. The Smoked salmon one was a treat too. This time we had a delivery, very quick & on time. Just popped them in a hot oven for two minutes perfect. Thank you.

I ordered a takeaway but accidentally ordered it for Bishopsgate rather than Bishops Stortford - totally my fault! The manager at Stortford was amazing - fast tracked two new pizzas at no extra charge. Amazing customer service and made a lifelong customer in the process. Bravo!
