Extremely greasy and tastes like it’s either old, day before and reheated, or been sitting rotting after cooking. Nothing is ever properly cooked, and if you want crispy chicken, cook one yourself because this franchise doesn’t know how to present fresh, hot appetisingly inviting food. The chips? Soggy lengths of something or other. Go to the Apex Corner drive through concession and see the difference!! ThTs how it’s SUPPOSED to look and taste!! I only ever go in Borehamwood one if I’m desperate and there’s nothing else!! Don’t believe me…see for yourself!! Vegetarian options: What vegetarian options? The cardboard boxes??

Just went to the kfc in borehamwood and ordered my food like normal and the the (assistant manager) Gayá I think he said his name was refused to give me my food after I’ve already paid and started shouting and swearing at me for no reason. After about 10-15 minutes saw someone I know there the he asked what was going on so I told him then he ended up giving me my food. What kind of manager is Gayá he’s not fit for that job.

This branch needs to be shut and down and reported for food safety and hygiene. The manager has really bad and doesn't look like he's washed for days. The food is left the for hours and tasteles found hairs in the burger. When I went to complain the rude unprofessionally manager said to complain to head office as he doesn't care. I tried to get head office details but he refused and very hard to find online. I hope this matter is taken seriously as this place is not fit to serve the public food. Please be aware

We cisit this shop last week evening 10 pm Menu and all was normal Coleslaw was not fresh Chickens was heated again after cold i donno not like taste İn Turkiye , in thailand , in germany similar taste but here not was Workers is so nice and helpfull
The worst KFC ever. 2nd visit..mentioned that the snack box on my last order was half empty, literally 5 chips and the manager turned in to a detective and questioning they day I ordered they didn't have snack box insinuating I was lying. The manager Ramesh is rude and arrogant and should not be a manager as has customer service skills. Asked for head office number and directed where a US number can be found. Stay away from this restaurant!

Make sure you check every item, if you buy a family meal, they hide the drink (twice to me). If you buy 20 hot wings, they give you 18

KFC IS KFC the chicken is standard but whenever i order takeaway they always put in the smallest pieces in the takeaway bags. Also almost everytime there are things missing. Never any extra.Also their door is always broken and when its cold it's very uncomfortable.Clean up your act

Half my food was not delivered, when I rang to get it replaced or refunded I was met with attitude and volatility, the restaurant refused to accept responsibility and told me to complain about the driver when it wasn’t her fault. Absolutely diabolical service, extremely unprofessional and zero customer service skills. If you want to be robbed of money, left hungry and spoken to like s**t then this is the place to go
