Very disappointed in the quality of the food. We ordered 2 portions of crispy chicken bao buns, 1 double burger with chips and one mixed grill. We sent the bao buns back to the kitchen as they were stone cold. On return they were barely warm. The burger was thrown together with very little added filling and the bun was burnt and black on the top. The food here used to be good. It is certainly not up too the usual standard I would expect. I will not be returning.

Duty manager Caitlyn was outstanding. Following an error on our order she quickly and efficiently dealt with the issue and bought a new dish. She was polite,friendly and attentive and a definite asset to the venue and chain. Deserved to be designated for promotion.Thanks Caitlyn ??

I have been in here a few times now. Always a friendly place. The staff work so hard. The managers are always juggling a million jobs. the cleaners are lovely. The cleanest I have been to. Thanks Paulime.

We came here every evening of our 3 day stay when visiting the studios at Borehamwood. Its always busy as you would expect given the great value of all Wetherspoon pubs. The food was excellent on each occasion and we particularly enjoyed the steak night on Tuesday and the curry special on Thursday. The staff work hard to keep the place clean and service was faultless.

The landlord/manager was too busy telling his staff how bad West Ham fans were ... There were about 10 of us in our group not making a fuss or swearing or being rude and waiting out turn at the bar like the locals ... West Ham fans are decent , respectful and spend money ... The next time I'm in Boreham wood with friends we'll eat and drink somewhere else
