Visited Broxbourne Costa today and as usual served by extremely friendly staff. But unfortunately, a member of the public became argumentative to a young Filipino staff member (sorry I don’t know her name) about wanting to sit at an area which had no table and closer than 2mt to other people at designated table. I have never had a bad experience at this coffee shop. The manager is very welcoming and friendly. He always makes sure to say hello and ask how your day is going. I love how comfortable it is there. Whenever my friends and I go study we are never bothered by anyone. The coffee is also great! It's the perfect mix between bitter and sweet that I love. I highly recommend stopping by and checking it out for yourself!
