Haven't been to this establishment since before Covid. In the past had been very impressed with the food and ambience. Since my last visit it has changed hands, and seems to be less pretentious and more like your family pub. Our party of 6 all had lunch , 5 had the Sunday roast and 1 had the salmon. Went between Christmas and New year so was relatively quiet. Food was of a very good standard and well presented. 4 of us and all plates were empty. Not a vast menu but better because it was well done and hot. Good selection of drinks and reasonably priced. Definitely will go back. If you haven't tried it you should.
