A little out of the way but well worth finding, the staff were absolutely fabulous they couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome and the food was great both breakfast and evening mealRooms: The rooms are very spacious and comfortable with a good size television and tin coffee making facilities the bed however was extremely largeFood & drinks: There is a bar here and an in hotel restaurant that serves excellent food breakfast came piping hot and it was cooked to order not like some restaurants where it's cooked and puts on hot trays buffet Style

Decided to book a room very last minute as I was in the area and was pleasantly surprised with my experience as I’ve never stayed at this premier inn before. Really lovely reception at the front desk, Hollie in particular was absolutely so lovely and easy to talk to! Nilima and Aireen were very helpful as well. Room was clean. I would definitely go back again if I was ever in the area.

Staff could not explain why there was a difference in the price of the rooms we had paid for originally. Apparently we had paid a deposit but the invoice stated that it was the full room rate. Also multiple plugs missing in room 9. Not responded to my complaint throughtheir customer services toiRooms: Bog standard with limited plugs. Not helpful if you have devices that need to be plugged in.

The welcome we received upon arrival was nothing but...Room with a very strong smell of smoke, carpets not hoovered.It was just a night stop, and that's enough.
