We stayed one night as we were going to Harry Potter Studios early the following morning. We had a lovely warm welcome from Andreea & Livea who also decorated our room with Birthday balloons and complimentary drinks for my Daughters birthday. It was great to also meet the chef. Thank you all for making our eve so special for our Daughter (Lily) who celebrated her 9 Birthday xxx
I'm a big fan of Premier Inn, but this was disappointing. The ultimate WiFi doesn't work, there was no decent draft beer. They had Guinness in surge cans but the surger didn't work.The fish and chips were oven chips were oven baked fish and rather dry.my room didn't have air conditioning which was awful in a heat wave.But the staff are really doing their best to make it a good experience.

Hotel was fine, clean etc. Room was basic but OK, bathroom was clean, bed was comphy - however the room (19 on the ground floor) had a damp smell/feel to it. Not sure if this is down to extraction from the bathroom or because of general damp problems. If I had paid more for the room or was spending 2 nights there I would have asked to change room. Would be happy to stay again, but would not want to say on the ground floor.
